The incumbent will ensure daily production targets are met safely and in compliance with mining regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise daily activities and coordinate the workflow of the assigned mining gang/team. - Leading the section, monitoring team performance to ensure production and safety targets are archived. - Making sure all working areas are declared safe before operations begin (safety of blasted ends, barring down, support installation). - Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision. - Grade control. - Oversee or assist with the safe handling, utilization and transportation of explosives. - Conduct pre-shift safety talks, inspect equipment and report hazards or mechanical faults immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities What we expect from you: • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with ATDC Zimbabwe's strategic objectives. Support the preparation of strategic and annual operating plans. • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Prepare periodic management and Board financial reports. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process. Prepare periodic forecasts and variance analyses. • Treasury Management: Manage organizational cash flows and liquidity. Monitor working capital requirements. • Cost Control and Management: Monitor expenditure against budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities. • Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis for trading, investments and trade finance. Analyse profitability and KPIs. • Taxation and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax legislation.
